Specific duties include:
1. Handling inbound calls
2. Order processing, to include:
a. Downloading orders
b. Entering orders into customized program
c. Shipping
d. Invoicing
e. Developing product spreadsheets
f. Updating inventory

4. Assisting customers and providing them with answers
